General Terms & Conditions
Under this maintenance Contract will maintenance the Lift with the following terms & conditions.
- We will send trained & Qualified Mechanics directly and Supervised by our Qualified Engineers. They will keep the lift properly adjusted and take proper care to maintain the same for its proper and safe operating conditions.
- All work is to be performed during our regular working hours of regular working days.
- Patson Hydrotech” under take to provide maintenance and servicing of the Lift every quarterly of year not exceeding 4 services per year
- Besides the Quarterly Services “Patson Hydrotech” undertake to depute the service technician in the event of any break down of the lifts during thevalidity of the contract.
- Intimation of break down can be made on telephone/mobile/in person or in writing during the validity period of the contract
- “Patson Hydrotech” will not be responsible and liable for any incidental damages Loss or any delay due to any cause beyond our normal capacity and control.
- Patson Hydrotech” will not be responsible for indirect or consequential defects resulting from accident, negligence, mishandling, attempted repairs, lightening voltage drop.
- Replacement of the following major items of equipments is not covered under our service contract.(A) Mechanical Structure (B) Electric Motor of Hydraulic Power Unit (C) Leaf Chain (D) Controller Short circuit due to any malicious mischief or rain (E) Any Electronics and Electrical System (F) Hydraulic Cylinder (G) Hydraulic Oil.
- Contract will be accepted only after through inspection by our technical person & if there are any damage to parts and equipment, Repairs of the same shall be charged extra.
- The Contract price is based upon cost of labor and material prevailing. We reserved the right to suspend/ call back/ discontinue service till all outstanding payment shall have been made as agreed and we are assured that subsequent payments will be made when they fall due. The contract will deem to have started only if required amount is received by us.
- The service shall commence on the confirmed date and shall continue thereafter until terminated; either party may terminate this Agreement either at the end of First year or at the end of any subsequent year by giving sixty (60) days notice in writing.
- As Lift is hydraulically, electrically, mechanically & manually or automatically operated device for vertical transportation/Lifting, it causes sometimes miss functioning. It is due to the frequent use of users only. Users must be aware & Conscious to use the lift functioning. Unfortunately for any fetal accident, our company is not responsible; it is only the risk of users. Our guarantee or warrantee never Cover the risk it is clarified by this documents for any legal action.
- Other Terms not mentioned in the quotation or finalized (written) before releasing WO will not be accepted.
